All consultations offered by Acharya Addittya Tamhankar are based on Vedic Astrology, Numerology, spiritual wisdom, intuition, and personal experience. These services are provided solely for guidance, awareness, and self-reflection.

Astrology is a belief-based interpretative science, not an exact or deterministic system.

• No prediction, consultation, remedy, mantra, gemstone, or spiritual guidance carries any guarantee of outcomes.
• Results depend on karma, free will, mindset, effort, timing, and multiple external factors.
• By booking a consultation, the client fully understands and accepts this limitation.

Astrology consultations do not replace:

• Medical or psychiatric treatment
• Psychological counselling
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice

Clients must consult qualified professionals for such matters. Acharya Addittya Tamhankar shall not be held responsible for decisions taken solely based on astrological guidance.

• The client is fully responsible for how they interpret, apply, or act upon the guidance provided.
• Any life decisions made after the consultation are taken at the client’s own discretion and risk.
• No liability shall arise for emotional distress, financial loss, relationship outcomes, health conditions, or life events.

All consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind after payment
• Dissatisfaction with predictions
• Disagreement with insights or remedies
• Emotional discomfort after hearing truths
• Expectation mismatch
• Client unavailability or delay

Astrology consultations are time-based, personalized services; once time is reserved, refunds are not possible.

• One reschedule may be allowed if informed at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or failure to join the call will be treated as a completed session.
• Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined.

• All personal information, birth details, and discussions are kept strictly confidential.
• No consultation content will be shared publicly without client consent.
• Clients are also expected not to misrepresent, distort, or misuse consultation content.

• Recording, reproducing, sharing, or publishing any consultation or internal work-related content (audio, video, screenshots, or text) without prior written permission from the organization is strictly prohibited.
• Please note that the organization does not record any sessions, meetings, or consultations, and no audio/video recordings or written documentation are provided from our end under any circumstances.
• Any misuse, unauthorized recording, misrepresentation, or distribution of content may result in strict disciplinary action and/or legal proceedings, as deemed appropriate by the organization.

• Any abusive, manipulative, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the consultation.
• No refund shall be issued in such cases.
• All services are provided with spiritual integrity, respect, and ethical intent.

Under no circumstances shall Acharya Addittya Tamhankar be liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses
• Emotional or psychological impact
• Financial or relationship decisions
• Health-related outcomes
• Legal consequences

Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the consultation fee paid.

By making payment and booking a consultation, the client confirms that they have:

• Read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Accepted the Refund Policy
• Taken full personal responsibility for their decisions and actions

All consultations and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

For clients residing outside India, the following additional terms apply:

a) Spiritual & Educational Nature: Services are provided strictly as spiritual, cultural, and educational guidance and are not classified as medical, psychological, legal, or financial services under foreign laws.

b) No Medical or Mental Health Claims: No diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition is claimed or implied. Clients are advised to seek licensed professionals in their country when required.

c) EU Consumer Notice: By booking a time-specific, customized consultation and consenting to immediate service delivery, the client waives the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. No refunds apply once time is reserved.

d) Cultural Context: Astrology is rooted in ancient Indian traditions. Interpretations may differ from Western belief systems or scientific frameworks.

e) Jurisdiction: All services are deemed rendered from India, and any disputes shall be governed exclusively by Indian law.

f) Payments & Charges: International transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or local taxes are the client’s responsibility. Exchange rate differences are non-refundable.

g) Language: Consultations are conducted primarily in English (or mutually agreed language). Clients confirm full understanding before booking.

h) Cross-Border Consent: International clients voluntarily engage in cross-border spiritual services and release Acharya Addittya Tamhankar from liability under foreign consumer or professional laws.

Astrology consultations are provided as spiritual and educational guidance only. No medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice is offered or implied. All services are rendered from India and governed by Indian law. Payments are non-refundable once the consultation is booked.
