Everything comes down to the family.
What is family? Why are you born in a specific family?
Because the quality of karma that you have from your past births is matching with the quality of karma of the family in which you are born. Now, there are exceptions when you don’t gel with your family, and you move out and become a part of some other family whose quality of karma, whose quality of thoughts, match with yours.
So family need not be limited to only blood relation. Many times I have personally seen that people are born in a specific family, but they move out and become more aligned to some other family who match with their thought frequencies and their karma.
The reason I am saying this is because Pitru Dosha is connected with family.
Pitru means ancestors.
The mistakes of your ancestors come to haunt you, and you have to clear them by your own positive karma.
Now, Pitru Dosha is caused when there is a conjunction either with Rahu or Ketu—when Sun or Saturn or some other planets are with Rahu or Ketu. In this first part, I have explained what happens if Pitru Dosha is caused by a specific conjunction with Rahu, and what it means if it is caused by Ketu. You have to understand that both Rahu and Ketu, when they conjunct with Sun or Saturn or any other planet, definitely cause Pitru Dosha—but there is a difference. That difference I have explained in this first part.
In the second part, I will talk about all the conjunctions and placements that signify Pitru Dosha in your kundali—and the remedies for it.
In India, it has become a very common trend that if you have Pitru Dosha, you should go somewhere and do a puja—and you end up spending ₹20,000–₹40,000. But all of this is not necessary. There are specific remedies that you can do which are not expensive.
As I always say, the most beautiful things are not expensive—
Love is not expensive. God is not expensive. Truth is not expensive.
All these things are simple.
God is simple. Love is simple. Truth is simple. Simple has it.
But the mind has a tendency to make things complicated.
Pitru Dosha by Rahu
Pitru Dosha occurs when ancestral karmic debts remain unresolved and forefathers’ unfulfilled desires, mistakes, or negative karmas continue affecting future generations. Both Rahu and Ketu are linked to past life karma, but they create Pitru Dosha in different ways when they join planets like Sun, Moon, Jupiter, or Saturn in certain houses.
How Rahu Causes Pitru Dosha:
Rahu represents desires, illusions, and karmic debts from past lives. When Rahu joins important planets like Sun, Moon, or Jupiter, it indicates ancestors who had strong unfulfilled material desires—wealth, power, family success—and couldn’t find peace after death. Their unfulfilled cravings remain attached to the lineage, causing:
- Constant financial struggles despite hard work
- Unstable career, frequent failures, or legal issues
- Recurring family conflicts or broken relationships
- Separation from father
- Mental stress, anxiety, or addictions
- Difficulties in childbirth or strained relations with children
- Blocked spiritual progress and attraction to negative energies
Key Rahu Conjunctions Indicating Pitru Dosha:
- Rahu + Sun (Surya Grahan Dosha)
- Father’s lineage curse
- Ego clashes, lack of paternal blessings
- Career issues and government-related difficulties
- Rahu + Moon (Chandra Grahan Dosha)
- Mother’s lineage curse
- Mental instability, emotional detachment
- Conflicts in family, maternal health issues
- Rahu + Jupiter
- Spiritual and financial karma blockage
- Distorted beliefs, dishonesty, unethical behavior
- Financial downfall
Rahu House Placement:
- Rahu in the 9th House
- Strongest indicator of Pitru Dosha
- Blocks ancestral blessings, causes repeated struggles in career, education, and family life
Remedies for Rahu-Related Pitru Dosha:
- Light a mustard oil lamp under a peepal tree on Saturdays
- Offer water to the Sun (Surya Arghya) daily
- Chant Vishnu Mantra 108 times morning and evening using a spatik japamala:
Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya - Donate at least 1 liter of groundnut oil every Saturday in Lord Hanuman temple
- Read Vishnu Purana and Hari Vansh Purana daily
- Wear 9 Mukhi Rudraksha in a black thread or silver chain for peace and prosperity
Pitru Dosha by Ketu
Ketu represents detachment, spiritual depth, and unresolved past life karmas. When Ketu joins key planets, it shows ancestors who were spiritually unfulfilled, neglected duties, or had unnatural deaths.
Effects of Ketu-Related Pitru Dosha:
- Detachment from family, isolation, or broken bonds
- Repeated health issues, unexplained illnesses, sudden accidents
- Difficulty in having children or troubled relationships with offspring

Secret and Simple Remedy: Feeding Crows
The most significant and secret remedy to overcome Pitru Dosha is:
Feed curd and rice to crows with love and respect.
The more you feed crows, the more you reduce Pitru Dosha effects.
A crow may be black in color, but if you observe closely, it is one of the most intelligent birds. Scientists now say that after human beings, it is the crow that has the highest level of consciousness. That’s why, in our Hindu tradition, we feed crows after someone dies. We wait for the crow to come and eat. If it does, we believe that the soul has attained Gati—a step forward in its journey after life.
Lord Shani also loves crows.
That is why I say to you—whenever you see a crow, fold your hands. Feed them. Honor them. For they carry a deep, sacred connection to the ancestral realm.
You now have the most secret key:
Feed the crows. Every day.
Enough for now. Love you all.
I’ll be back with the second episode soon.
Jai Sri Ganesha. Jai Guru.
