The artist painted a portrait of the young shepherd. Millions of copies of the portrait were made and it sold far and wide. People felt great gratitude, just being able to hang the picture on their walls.
After a spell of some twenty years, when the artist had grown old, he decided to paint another portrait. His experience had shown him that life is not all goodness, that Satan also exists in man. The idea of painting a picture of Satan persisted; were he to fulfill the project, then the two pictures would complement each other, would show the complete man. He had already done a painting of godliness; now he wanted to portray evil incarnate. He sought a man who was not a man but Satan. He went to gambling dens, to bars and to madhouses. This subject had to be full of hell’s fire; his face had to show all that is evil, ugly and sadistic. After a long search, the artist finally met a prisoner in a jail. The man had committed seven murders and had been sentenced to be hanged in a few days. Hell was evident in the man’s eyes; they spouted hate. His face was the ugliest one could possibly hope to find. The artist began to paint him. When he had completed the portrait he brought out his earlier picture and set it by the side of the new painting for contrast. It was difficult to assess which was better from an artistic point of view; both were marvelous. He stood, staring at both of them. And then he heard a sob. He turned and saw the chained prisoner, crying. The artist was bewildered. He asked, “My friend, why are you crying? Do these pictures disturb you?”

The prisoner said, “I have been trying to hide something from you all this time, but today I am lost. You obviously do not know that the first picture is also of me. Both portraits are of me. I am the same shepherd you met twenty years ago in the hills. I cry for my downfall in the last twenty years. I have fallen from heaven to hell, from God to Satan.”

This is how the life of human beings is – at one point you are the GOOD SHEPHERD – and – at the other end you also become the TERRIBLE SATAN. Every man swings between these two extremes. Man can attain to either of these extremes, but most people are inclined towards the infernal. Those fortunate few who aspire to the eternal, who let godliness grow in them, are rare, very rare.

Nelson Mandela therefore says that “I am not a saint, unless you think of a saint as a sinner who keeps on trying.”

A SAINT is a SINNER who keeps TRYING. Very deep and beautiful words – which only an evolved soul can understand, can relate with.

Rahu in Mrig is a perfect example of a SINNER who keeps trying — trying to improve – trying to progress – trying to grow within – trying to mature as a person.

The English word – Dejected is defined as someone who is very unhappy because of a certain disappointment. In life – there are moments of unhappiness – moments of disappointments. Failure in business, failure in relationships, failure in family relations, failure in career – the source of feeling unhappy or dejected is Failure.

Mohan asked “Which astrological planet or entity is responsible for feeling dejected in life?”

I smiled and said “Mohan – you have asked a beautiful question – I will answer.”

We are born again in this human world because of our desires. Depending on the quality of our desires – our birth happens. After we take birth – it is our desires that continue to drive us. The whole story of human life is the story of desires – desires are many and when one desire is fulfilled – a new desire is born! First you desire to find a beautiful woman – then you desire to marry her – then once married – you desire to have children – then once you have children – you desire to attain certain things for your children – once you attain those things – you desire to see your children attain success – then you desire for their marriage – then you desire to see your grand children – then you desire to spend time with your grand children – then you desire that all your children take care of you when you become very old – and then when you are dying – you desire to have a successor who would carry forward your lineage – so the cycle of desires continues – after you are dead – you still have many new or old unfinished desires that drive you towards a new birth cycle!

So at the very root of human birth and rebirth is Desire. And since life never comes with a promise of fulfilling all your desires – you are bound to face disappointments whenever your desire remains unfulfilled! And these disappointments eventually makes you feel dejected! So you see – Desire is the cause of our pain, suffering and disappointments that makes us feel dejected.

Rahu. Rahu is what drives you crazy – the other name for Desire is Rahu! And why Rahu is the other name for desire? Because Rahu or Desire is born out of ignorance!

The very idea that if I become a rich man then I will be happy is the outcome of your ignorance. The very idea that if I find a beautiful woman then I will be the most luckiest person is the outcome of your ignorance. There are millions of men who have found beautiful women – ask them and they will share their miserable stories with you. The very idea that if I become immortal is the outcome of your ignorance. Reminds me of Alexandra the Great. There is a story about Alexander the Great, that he was in search to find something which can make him immortal. Everybody is in search of something like that, and when Alexander is in search, he will find it — he was such a powerful man. He searched and searched, and once he reached to the cave where some wise man has told him that, “If you drink the water of that cave — there is a stream in the cave — you will become immortal.” Alexander must have been foolish. All Alexanders are foolish, otherwise he should have asked the wise man whether he had drunk from that stream or not. He didn’t ask; he was in such a hurry. And who knows? — he may not be able to reach the cave, and before he dies… so he rushed.

He reached to the cave. Inside it, he was very happy: crystal clear the water was there; he had never seen such a water. And he was going to drink the water… suddenly a crow who was sitting in the cave said, “Stop! Don’t do it. I have done and I am suffering.” Alexander looked at the crow and said, “What are you saying? You have drunk, and what is the suffering?” He said, “Now I cannot die and I want to die. Everything is finished. I have known everything that life can give. I have known love and I have grown out of it. And I have known success; I was a king of crows, and now I am fed up, and I have known everything that can be known. And everybody I knew has died; they have gone back to rest, and I cannot rest. I have tried all efforts to commit suicide, but everything fails. I cannot die because I have drunk from this condemned cave. It is better that nobody knows about it. Before you drink, you meditate on my condition — and then you can drink.” It is said Alexander for the first time thought about it, and came back without drinking from that cave and that stream.

Life will be simply unbearable if there is no death. Love will be unbearable if there is no opposite to it. If you cannot separate from your beloved it will be unbearable; the whole thing will become so monotonous, it will create boredom. Life exists with the opposites — that’s why it is so interesting.

But people continue to live in ignorance and it is this ignorance that makes them believe that if they become immortal – they will find eternal happiness but look what the crow says to Alexander – “Stop – don’t drink the water – because I drank and now I am suffering – I will now never die and I am suffering.”

This is what happens my fellows – all that you desire for – becomes the cause of your misery. You desired for a beautiful woman – you got her – and then what happened – you start suffering because of her. You wanted to earn millions of dollars – you earned and then what happened – you got more enemies, more jealousies, more backstabbing, more fears and more insecurities! Always remember – a man who has got a very fat bank balance and many properties is more insecure than a man sleeping on the street – because he has nothing to lose – he is a Fakir!

So now – Mohan, I will share certain placements in chart that bring disappointments and the feeling of being dejected in life.

Rahu in 4th house, Rahu in 1st house, Rahu in 7th house, Rahu in 10th house – these are the most significant placements of Rahu that can bring certain failures in life – disappointments that would make you feel totally dejected in life. Always remember – whenever your desire is fulfilled – you start suffering. That is why the divine master says – “Think before you desire a thing. There is every possibility that it will be fulfilled, and then you will suffer.” That’s what happens to a rich man: he was poor, then he desired riches, and desire and desired and now it is fulfilled. Now he has become a millionaire. But now he is unhappy, now he is crying and weeping and he says, “My whole life has gone accumulating worthless things and I am unhappy.!” But this was his desire. If you desire knowledge, it will be fulfilled; your head will become a great library, many scriptures. But then in the end you will weep and cry and scream, “Only words and words and words, and nothing substantial. And I have wasted my whole life.”

There was one famous Godman – he was very famous in India and he preached for 32 years – and then one day he realized that instead of spending 32 years in preaching people – if he would have spend those 32 years for his own spiritual growth then he may have attained Nirvana – spiritual enlightenment. Remember – you cannot transform people into Buddhas – many have tried and all have failed miserably. Because the truth is that you can transform yourself and nobody else. You can dive within your being and attain self-realization. You can bring transformation within you. However you cannot transform others. You can become an inspiration for others to transform – but you cannot transform others. That’s why the great Sufi Saint Rumi says – When I was clever I was trying to change others. When I became wise – I started to change myself.

In your path and in your spiritual journey – many of them – especially our family members – especially the elder family members will try to ridicule you – they will try to belittle you – they will insult you – they will try to pull you back by referring to your past life mistakes – but let me tell you – all of these instances and pains are the test of your life. Always remember God tests those whom he loves the most. So all the insults and offending comments that you receive from your family members is to test your strength, test your faith in God. Always remember when you start transforming – when start progressing on your spiritual path – many people will try to pull you back – many people will try to cause much disturbance in your life – many people will try to ridicule and demotivate you – this is how God works – God will put you on more difficult tests as you move closer to God – this is how it happens my fellows – this is the way of its happening. And when you don’t give up – when you continue to walk on the path of devotion, path of love – that is when a day comes when God comes in search of you – when the Guru comes in search of you – and that is the most beautiful moment of your life – that is when the melting happens – then is when you experience ONENESS and then there is no looking back – the road is clear and you are ready to walk!

Always remember – whenever you start doing something good for yourself as well as for the society – you will have to face many negative men and women who will try to stop you – but it all depends on how strong is your faith – it all depends on how deeply you believe in yourself – it all depends on how much inner growth has happened within you – it all depends on how much efforts you have been taking towards your inner growth.

From the very beginning of time – goodness had to face many obstacles and sufferings from cheap ignorant fellows. Sai Baba was harassed by some local villagers of Shirdi. Akalkot Swami Samarth was harassed, Jesus was crucified, Prophet was forced to leave Mecca, Lord Rama was forced to prove his wife’s purity, Lord Krishna has to face insults from the Kauravas and the list in unending – the essence of the matter is that whenever you start transforming for good – whenever you start doing good for the society – you will have to face many oppositions and hurdles but you must never give up – you should continue with your mission – you should remain focused on your goal. Neem Karoli Baba used to say – that there are people who get exactly what they want . You think they are the lucky ones but they are NOT. The lucky ones are those who do what they are meant to.

And so if you are a goodhearted fellow – if you are walking on the path of goodness, path of devotion, path of love then please continue walking – because that’s why you are born – to do what you are meant to.

Sade Sati and Black Magic

Saade Saati & the connection of black magic. Saade Saati means when Saturn comes closer to your moon. When Saturn transits 12th, 1st and 2nd from Moon – Saade Saati happens. So from this – we can also derive the fact that Saturn affects the second house from its own house as well as Saturn’s third aspect also works more prominently than Saturn’s 7th or 10th aspect.

So now coming to the most significant topic of a unique KRIYA called BANDHAN KRIYA – what it means in simple words is that the black magician locks your fortune by using certain dirty black magic spells that are performed in secrecy and in the graveyard or by using the ashes of a dead body. BANDHAN DOSHA is very significant and it works more effectively if you are going through SHANI SAADE SAATI or SHANI DHAIYA. SHANI DHAIYA means when Saturn transits the 8th house from your natal moon. Currently Gemini is going through SHANI DHAIYA however after Jan 17, 2023 – CANCER will enter the SHANI DHAIYA period while GEMINI will be out of SHANI DHAIYA. DHAIYA means 2 and half – so basically this period of SHANI DHAIYA lasts for 2 and half years.

Focus on raising the quality of your life by raising the level of your awareness – remember what you focus on – grows in abundance. Focus on your self-growth and success will chase you – you don’t have to chase success.

Significance of Atmakaraka Planet

Atmakarak is your soul-planet! And soul has no wish, no desire but only a prayer – a very small prayer and yet very significant one! How to express this prayer – how to? May be a few lines of this beautiful Hindi Song can:

“Sab rishte naate haske tod du bas tujhse dil ka rishta jod du….सब रिश्ते नाते हँसके तोड़ दूँ बस तुझसे दिल का रिश्ता जोड़ दूँ जोड़ दूँ ….”

That is how the soul-planet is – it wants NOTHING – it is willing to drop everything and leave everything just to be with GOD!

And tell me – who is this soul-planet?

The soul-planet (ATMAKARAKA) signify YOU.

No matter who is your soul-planet – every SOUL’s prayer is the SAME – every SOUL wants to go back HOME – wants to merge with the SUPREME ALL INCLUSIVE SOUL – GOD – GOD CONSCIOUSNESS!

And so every soul – and from the depth of my heart – I again REPEAT – every soul – whether it is My soul, your soul, and anybody who is reading this – his or her soul – EVERY SOUL SIMPLY WANTS TO GO BACK HOME- MERGE with the ULTIMATE CONSCIOUSNESS – GOD CONSCIOUSNESS! The WEST calls is Christ Consciousness – the EAST calls is KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS – words differ – the essence remains the same – CONSCIOUSNESS!

And so every soul – especially soul of evolved beings such as human beings is singing the same song:

“You (GOD) and I Will be together till the end of time I promise I’ll never let you go Now that I know you love me U and I Will be together till the end of time I promise I’ll never let you go….”

this is song – soul-song of every soul – though not everybody can listen to this song because the majority is driven by the MONKEY MIND and the MIND makes sure that the SOUL never merges with the UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS because that would mean – the END of MIND!

How beautiful is all this – but who can understand – very few – and who can listen – very very few!

ATMAKARAKA PLANET has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO OFFER.

Because the SOUL is so beautiful that it is NOT a BEGGAR – it is RICH and all it wants is to BE WITH GOD!

ATMAKARAKA PLANET is the KING of all planets that are present in your chart. And a KING is NOT a beggar – a KING is a KING!

That is how KETU is – the REAL KING! He may not have anything and yet he is the real KING – the SHEHENSHAH! A FAKIR by appearance but a KING in reality!

And that is why MAGHA – the NAKSHATRA of KETU – is addressed by the ancient SEER as the PLACE OF MAGNIFICENCE – the SEAT OF THE KING – that is what MAGHA means – the ROYAL SEAT on which the REAL KING sits – KETU!

ATMAKARAK PLANET is the only planet that has the ‘potential’ to bring a certain DEPTH of understanding to your life – a certain depth to your life!

There was a beggar – and he was not an ordinary beggar, he lived in rags but he was the wisest of all! And he would roam around the narrow lanes of the town – singing his song, dancing to his tunes! And he would enjoy so much – so much was the flow of joy WITHIN his whole being – that wealthy men and rich women would wonder what brings so much of JOY and HAPPINESS to this beggar when WE ARE ROAMING AROUND IN LUXURY CARS AND LIVING IN PLUSH BUNGLOWS!

But they could not find the answer – how could they? Because the answer was never to be found on the OUTSIDE but only INSIDE!

“At the center of your being, You have the answer; You know who you are, and You know what you want.”

The Beggar knew what he wanted – he wanted JOY – pure JOY and he was perfectly aware that JOY can be found – can be experienced only when he drops his ambition – only when he goes with the flow of life – only when he realizes the fact that the JOURNEY of to LIFE is NOT towards GOD – but WITH GOD!

The rich were still trapped in their business targets and their dreams of buying a few more BMWs and a few more private jets and a few more bungalows – they must be like ALEXANDER, the GREAT – because that is exactly what Alexander thought that after WINNING OVER THE WHOLE WORLD – he can find happiness – but that never happens – because HAPPINESS has NOTHING to do with WHAT YOU HAVE ON THE OUTSIDE – happiness has to do with WHAT YOU HAVE WITHIN!

But who wants to listen? We have more ALEXANDERS and few DIOGENES – maybe that is why we have more miseries and more noise and more sufferings in this world!

AMBITIOUS MEN AND AMBITIOUS WOMEN are the ALEXANDERS of this human world and all ALEXANDERS are foolish – utterly foolish.

“All Alexanders are foolish.” – Osho

And so the ALEXANDERs (ambitious rich men and women) of the town could not understand the BEGGAR – they thought he is mad – insane!

And this is how the world is – the real sane is called insane and those who are insane are called sane! The real sane is CONDEMNED – BANNED – BLOCKED – in fact nobody cares for the real sane — and this is the irony of this human world! That is why Jesus was crucified by the same society – that is how Prophet Muhammed was forced to go in exile to Medina – that is how Buddha was ridiculed by the upper caste community – because FAKE sells more than that which is REAL – it is a strange mathematics and yet so real – so real!

The Beggar remained in his bliss – many would throw stones at him and he would laugh – and move on……then one day something strange happened…..

There was a very wealthy merchant in the town – and he had an antique musical organ – Banjo – 18th century BANJO!

The musical organ remained in his family for several generations – one day he thought “What is the use of this Banjo?”

He had completely forgotten how to play the musical organ. Many generations came and went – and his family became so ignorant that they forgot the very existence of such a beautiful musical organ. It started gathering dust. It was a very big organ and it was taking up much space. One day the family decided to throw this nonsense. They said “This is just a nuisance. Why should we keep it?” They took the musical organ and threw it on the road.

The beggar was walking on the road, the musical organ that was thrown away – came rolling down to his feet. He looked at it, picked up the organ and started playing upon the organ. Birds started singing, the dogs started dancing, the wind started blowing, the trees started shaking, the flowers started smiling and people started gathering around the beggar – the music was a marvel, a melody, the whole town fell in love with his music….the whole environment was transformed, the whole world had come to standstill – the wealthy landlords, the rich merchants, the mayor – they all came rushing towards the beggar, they wanted to listen to his music, the whole town was mesmerized by his music – for one hour the beggar was playing on it…it was beautiful…it was enchanting, so melodious, so touching – the whole town was hypnotized. And when the music ended, the family that had thrown away the musical organ came rushing towards the beggar and said: “Give back the musical organ, it is not yours – we are the owners, the ownership of the musical organ is with us.”

The beggar looked at the family person, it was such a sharp glare, that the family man couldn’t confront, he looked down, he couldn’t resist the divine power of his glare. And then the beggar voiced his thoughts – it was the very first time, that he said something, that was the only time when the people of the town had heard his voice, and his voice was so deep, so soft and so touching – that even today the people of that town remember his words – he had said: “You are not saying the truth. And the truth is – the organ is no more yours. Because a musical instrument belongs to one who can play with it. There is no other ownership. It may have remained in your house for many years but it doesn’t belong to you. You are not worthy of it. I am the owner.”

A musical instrument belongs to one who can play with it.

And that’s how it is: life belongs to those who can go deeper and deeper and deeper into it.

ATMAKARAK PLANET is the planet that can help you to go deeper and deeper and deeper into the many layers of your life – but for that the ATMAKARAKA PLANET need to have the strength, the quality and more over the suitable ‘SOIL’ (environment) to blossom to grow to fructify.

ATMAKARAK PLANET is directly CONNECTED to the DEPTH OF YOUR UNDERSTANDING – that is why only that planet which is close to 29 degree is addressed by the seers as the ATMAKARAKA PLANET!

Planets in higher degrees (close to 29 degree) always play a vital role since they have matured enough to have a certain level of understanding.

ATMAKARAKA PLANET is the PLANET that is in the HIGHEST DEGREE in your birth chart! The HIGHEST DEGREE is 29 degree. So any planet which is either in 29 degree or close to 29 degree is the ATMAKARAKA PLANET.

29 degree is in itself is a very significant degree because it is here where the ‘moon’ becomes FULL! Ascendant in 29 degree or Moon in 29 degree or Sun in 29 degree is a very significant position and such individuals certainly come with some special gifts – blessings!

As mentioned earlier – the significance of ATMAKARAKA planet is ZERO as far as material benefits are concerned – however the significance of ATMAKARAKA planet is in ABUNDANCE as far as SPIRITUAL PROGRESS is concerned!

Because SOUL has absolutely NO INTEREST in MATERIAL WORLD or MATERIAL GAINS – it is only the MIND that is running like a MONKEY behind money, power and sex. The SOUL is pure – its nature in itself is very pure and it is NIRGUN NIRAAKAR – so where is the question of finding any material significance in ATMAKARAK (SOUL-PLANET)?

But people want to make some stories out of ATMAKARAK because stories sell – facts don’t!

When observing a chart – you simply have to see in what STATE the ATMAKARAKA planet is. And this observation is simply to SEE THE SPIRITUAL PROGRESS or the potential of progressing spiritually in life.

Otherwise what else is there to this life?

Yesterday a millionaire was saying “I expect a lot from my life. I want to fly in private jets.”

I said “You already have one private jet.”

He said “You are not understanding me – I have only 1 – I want more than 1.”

This is how people continue to run and run and run – expecting a lot – that they forget to enjoy and to appreciate that what they already HAVE!

The rich man said to me “You don’t understand – I want more private jets….”

And that is how every rich man and rich women keeps arguing with God – they all speak in the same language – they all must be saying to GOD as well – “God – you don’t understand – you need to give me more money, more cars, more pleasures…..”

And GOD laughs – that is how I laugh – that is how every wise man laughs when he meets such ALEXANDERS.

Once Diogenes – the divine master had said to ALEXANDER “ Come and relax with me. You have captured enough – now leave everything and join me…”

But Alexander was fired up with AMBITION – he said “ Master – You don’t understand – I still have to capture the WHOLE WORLD – only then will I join you. Only then will I come back…”

Diogenes had laughed and said “Nobody comes back – nobody until he STOPS – until he REALIZES his STUPIDITY – until then nobody comes back….”

Alexander never came back – he died halfway – somewhere in faraway land – neither was he able to conquer the whole world nor was he able to live with joy!

“HOW TO FIND JOY? LET YOUR AMBITION DISAPPEAR; AMBITION IS THE BARRIER.”

AMBITION IS THE BARRIER. CURB your AMBITION – so that the ATMAKARAKA PLANET will get a way to express itself – will be able to provide you with that – which is beyond this material world!

But who wants to listen?

And so then shallow people just keep talking about ATMAKARAKA planet – giving it many meanings which are NOT the real meanings but ILLUSIONS of the MIND – and the MIND is a MONKEY and every man and every woman who is FOLLOWING the MIND is bound to find NOTHING in life – NOTHING that can be ‘CARRIED’ after death – because after death you can CARRY only the INSIDE GROWTH with you – the WISDOM with you and not your ROLLS ROYCE CARS and your BUNGLOWS and your Sexual toys!

But who wants to listen?

ATMA (SOUL) – KARAKA (SIGNIFIER) has only to do with the GROWTH OF YOUR SOUL – now the question would arise to insightful readers that what does GROWTH to SOUL means?

Growth to Soul or SOUL’s GROWTH means MATURITY OF THE SOUL. How matured is the SOUL – how many BIRTHS and REBIRTHS (Human births) does the SOUL has been through? If the SOUL has been through 3 or 4 HUMAN BIRTHS then how much GROWTH has happened to the SOUL from those births? Did the soul get a birth in which the native was able to MEDITATE? Was able to SEEK SPIRITUAL PATH? Was able to move a step ahead in his or her SPIRITUAL JOURNEY?

All of this and many such aspects of SPIRITUAL GROWTH is seen from ATMAKARAK Planet.

ATMAKARAKA has NOTHING to do with your MATERIAL GAINS – it has MORE TO DO WITH YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH – because through your SPIRITUAL GROWTH – a DAY MAY COME when your SOUL will finally attain LIBERATION (MOKSHA) and to all my readers and followers – let me tell you all once again that MOKSHA or LIBERATION is attained NOT AFTER DEATH but very much when you are ALIVE – because MOKSHA or LIBERATION happens ONLY when you reach the state of ENLIGHTENMENT – when you attain SELF-REALIZATION. And so please remove the MYTH that LIBERATION or MOKSHA happens after DEATH – or you become some kind of ANGEL after DEATH – nothing happens after DEATH – everything and all that you seek happens only when you are ALIVE – in this HUMAN BODY and so remember if you want to attain LIBERATION – then this PLANET – this PLACE and only through this HUMAN BODY you can attain the state of MOKSHA – LIBERATION.

“Don’t depend on death to liberate you from your imperfections. You are exactly the same after death as you were before. Nothing changes; you only give up the body. If you are a thief or a liar or a cheater before death, you don’t become an angel merely by dying. If such were possible, then let us all go and jump in the ocean now and become angels at once! Whatever you have made of yourself thus far, so will you be hereafter. And when you reincarnate, you will bring that same nature with you. To change, you have to make the effort. This world is the place to do it.”

THIS WORLD IS THE PLACE TO DO IT – that is to attain your SELF GROWTH!

That is how important and significant is this HUMAN BIRTH – but people are busy in making money – and doing sex and hurting each other! And on top of that they come and ask “ How much more money can I make – because I am 55 and I have certain targets to achieve.”

What a sad state of human life is in! And – at times I feel sorry for such ‘ordinary’ people who own millions of rupees and yet are found in utter misery and trapped in the valley of utter dissatisfaction.

Money is more important than meditation; logic is more important than love; mind is more important than heart; power over others is more important than power over one’s own being. Mundane things are more important than finding some treasures which death cannot destroy.”

Always remember – you can listen to the voice of the SOUL – MUCH HAS TO BE CUT – only the ESSENTIALS need to be KEPT!

“Much has to be cut. Much has to be dropped. Only the very essential has to be saved. The non-essential has to be completely destroyed.”

It is interesting to know that whether you are in love with a woman or whether you are in love with God – your Love will blossom, will fructify – only when you DROP EVERYTHING – when you LEAVE all those who come between YOU and your LOVER. Much has to be CUT – much has to be dropped…..only then can you attain – then it doesn’t matter whether you want to attain the woman you love or GOD you love!

That is why – I always say that a man who can fall in love with a woman – can someday also fall in love with GOD! Because NOBODY else can understand what it takes to LOVE than someone who has been through the dangerous path of LOVE!

Always remember – Love is dangerous; sex is not dangerous – sex can be manipulated but Love cannot. You can have sex with a woman – but that doesn’t imply that she loves you! People are not afraid of sex – but people are afraid of falling in love – because SEX DOES NOT CREATE ANY BONDING – but LOVE has the power to CREATE A BONDING which many don’t want – they are happy with a ONE NIGHT STAND – but WHOLE LIFE STAND – that is too much – people are afraid of commitments – and LOVE brings the sense of COMMITMENT!

They want people who only look like human beings but whose souls have been crushed so utterly, damaged so deeply, that it seems almost irreparable.” – Osho

ATMAKARAKA PLANET is a planet that has the potential to BRING FORTH YOUR INDIVIDUALITY – a person who has a strong ATMAKARAKA PLANET is an INDIVIDUAL – he will NEVER COMPROMISE – he would rather prefer to DIE than to compromise on his VALUES, ETHICS and IDEOLOGY.

From the very beginning the society compels you to BRING FORTH YOUR PERSONALITY – but PERSONALITY is NOT THE REAL YOU – PERSONALITY is just a MASK – you will find many men and women – even in restaurants and hotels and all over the places having a GREAT PERSONALITY – but remember it is a MASK – the word PERSONALITY has come from the word PERSONA which means MASK.

Human world is shallow – it is driven to PERSONALITIES. And that is how people are fooled and cheated because PERSONALITY is a MASK – it is an illusion and not a reality.

REALITY is your INDIVIDUALITY. Individuals live their life by being themselves. They don’t care what others think about them or talk about them – they are engrossed in their mission – their ‘journey’ – their ‘joy’! They are INDIVIDUALS and NOT persona (masks- personalities) and so they simply ACCEPT themselves as they are and that makes them BEAUTIFUL!

I have always found a MAN or a WOMAN who lives naturally look more beautiful and more appealing than those who FAKE.

People are so much trapped in their MIND – that they hardly are able to differentiate between PERSONALITY and INDIVIDUALITY.

So even your greatest theologian is as foolish about love as you are, has no understanding of freedom, has never enquired into the distinction between personality and individuality.” – OSHO

Only a man who has a strong ATMAKARAKA PLANET lives his life by being an INDIVIDUAL – he is a man of awareness – he may stand against the whole society – but he would NEVER SUCCUMB to the pressure of the society and its hypocrisy.

ATMAKARAKA PLANET as mentioned earlier has more to do with YOU and YOUR INNER GROWTH – because TRANSFORMATION is always INSIDE-OUT.

We all have to focus on our ATMAKARAKA PLANET – but ironically people are focused on RAJ YOGA and this YOGA and that YOGA – yesterday early morning one woman called and said “ I think I have MAHAPURUSH YOGA” – I said “ That must be right because who can call so early morning to discuss as TRIVIAL a subject as that of RAJ YOGA or MAHA PURUSH YOGA.”

In fact nowadays every body has become a MAHPURUSH – and so MAHAPURUSH has become common and common PURUSH – ordinary MAN has become RARE – become SPECIAL!

And that is exactly what ATMAKARAK planet would love to see – that you live your life being ORDINARY and while you do so – you continue with your journey WITH God – because let me tell you all – and to my close followers that NOTHING in this world – is as JOYFUL and as BEAUTIFUL and as LASTING as the JOURNEY WITH GOD!

Always remember – in Hindi we say “only NAR can become NARAYAN’ – meaning only an ORDINARY MAN has the potential to Become GODLY.

Only if he is able to transform the ordinary mundane things into spiritual things and that is possible when he starts living his life by giving all the ‘driving controls’ to GOD.

By constant meditation – by constant chanting the name of the Holy Lord – a day comes when the HEART breaks and OPEN to the LIGHT OF CONSCIOUSNESS – and then there is no looking back – then the sky is clear and you are ready to fly…..

And that is the whole purpose of ATMAKARAKA PLANET – to help you spread the wings – so that you can take off – and experience the kingdom of GOD through your own ‘eyes’ – your own ‘experiences’!

Lastly – always remember your spiritual progress is based on how deeply you connect with your SOUL (ATMA) and NOT your religion!

Focus on your SELF GROWTH – focus on quieting the chattering mind – because it is only when the mind become quiet – your SOUL (ATMA- Self) starts speaking and when the SOUL starts speaking – the whole universe becomes available to you – then though you may ‘appear’ as alone to others – still the whole universe is with you – then there is a song to it, a poem – then you are no more the dancer (doer) – you become the dance!

Astrology: Stepmother’s Black Magic

When Moon is afflicted in the birth chart, when fourth house is afflicted, when Sun is weak and when you are running through Rahu or Ketu Mahadasha or Antardasha and if your stepmother is active in doing black magic on you then it is likely that her attacks may cause much damage to your prospects. Whenever your birth chart is weak and you are running through difficult Mahadasha period – you become an easy target and your enemy can cause much harm to you.

From the very beginning of time – it has been observed that STEPMOTHERS have always been very negative, and destructive by nature. Although some stepmothers have been exceptionally good but these kind of good stepmothers are in minority. The majority of stepmothers have turned out to be the worst nightmare and the obvious target and victim is the stepson or stepdaughter.

If you go back in the history – you will find many examples of such evil and dangerous stepmothers who have tried to defame or destroy their stepson in order to make things easier for their own son or daughter. In Ramayana – the main villain is not Ravana but Kaikai. KaiKai was the stepmother of Lord Rama and it was her plotting and cunningness that forced Lord Rama into an exile. He was forced to leave his palace, his home, his father and he had to spend 14 years in forest with his wife – Ma Sita. So the whole trouble begin because of this one woman – the stepmother of Lord Rama – Kaikai.

Similarly there have been millions of Kaikai meaning millions of stepmothers who have been plotting and try to kill or harm their stepsons or stepdaughters by means of black magic spells and physical abuse.

In this podcast – I am going to talk on the astrological indications that signify a very bad wicked stepmother who is like a witch.

Always remember – 4th house is directly connected with Mother. However 4th house Lord is connected with the status of Mother. And so if 4th house is in the 3rd house and 4th house lord is debiliated – then that becomes one indication.

4th house lord in Moola Nakshatra or Ardra Nakshatra is second indication.
4th house lord in 12th house, 8th house or 6th house is third indication.
4th house lord afflicted by Rahu or Ketu or Shani is fourth indication.
4th house lord in 6th, 8th, 12th Navamsha is fifth indication
4th house lord debilitated in the Navamsha is sixth indication

Basically – the very first observation should be on the 4th house lord condition in the birth chart.

The second observation should be on the condition of Moon in the birth chart,

Moon Ketu conjunction in 6th house, 8th house, 12th house is first indication
Moon Rahu conjunction in 4th house, 8th house, 12th house is second indication
Moon Saturn in Aries sign or Leo sign or Sagittarius sign is third indication
Moon combust and the lord of moon sign afflicted by association of Rahu, Ketu or Shani is fourth indication.

Basically – the second observation should be around the condition of Moon in the birth chart.

The third observation should be based on the planets that aspect or occupy 4th house

Rahu in 4th house in Ugra or Teekshna Nakshatra
Shani in 4th house in Ugra or Teekshna Nakshatra
Rahu Shani in 4th house in Ugra or Teekshna Nakshatra
Sun Mercury in 4th house in Ugra or Teekshna Nakshatra
Uranus Neptune in 4th house
Sun Mars in 4th house in Ugra or Teekshna Nakshatra

Basically – the third observation should be around the placement of planets in the 4th house and any malefic drishti on 4th house such as Saturn’s 3rd or 7th drishti on 4th house, Mars drishti or Rahu’s drishti on 4th house.

The last and the most significant observation should be around the Nakshatras – whenever any strict planet like Saturn or detached planet like Ketu is found in the Nakshatra of Moon – then that signify absence of affection from the stepmother.

So as I have explained – whenever you come across difficult situations in life and you have a stepmother than you must revisit your birth chart just to know that it is your stepmother who is behind all the troubles and sufferings that you have been going through in your life. It is your stepmother who is doing all kinds of dirty black magic spells on you – so that she can finish you totally.

But let me tell you – there is someone more powerful and His name is God. If you continue to walk with faith in your heart and if you continue to pray and worship your Lord – the Holy Master – then let me tell you from my own experience that nobody can harm you or kill you until your exit time has come. It is true that through black magic spells – stepmothers have been trying to cause much harm to innocent stepsons or stepdaughters – but in the end it is the evil that gets defeated and victory always belongs to the good, the truth, the divine.

When it comes to the subject of stepmother and their evilness – the best story is the story of Cinderella – I think that one story speaks a lot about how evil and cunning stepmothers are!

Stepmother is the negative face of Real Mother. You see – and so in many people’s live – they don’t have stepmother but their real mother behaves like a stepmother! Such mothers are narcissist by nature and they simply make the lives of their children – a hell. They continue to dictate the lives of their children and in such a terrible situation the children feel suffocated as they can’t do much – they are expected to live like a slave of their mother.

Like in many literatures of the world – there is one beautiful book – “The 24 filial Exemplars” in which there are many stories revolving around the many evil practices of step mother. “The 24 filial Exemplars” is a Chinese classical text written by Guo Jujing in the 12th century.

Based on many historical references – it is observed that 90% of stepmothers have been utterly evil, wicked and narcissist by nature. However in their public life – these evil stepmothers have been sweet talkers and have been fooling others by wearing a mask of goodness whereas in reality they have turned out to be the most evil wicked person in human history.

Now that I have addressed the astrological aspects of a wicked and evil stepmother – the most important question still remains and the question is that “Why you come across such situations in life wherein you have to face the many wraths and evil games of your stepmother?”

It is a significant question that can help you turn inwards and find the answer. The answer is simple because truth is simple, God is simple, love is simple.

The answer is directly connected to your past birth. Your past birth evil and bad karma have come back in the form of your stepmother in this birth. It is also a probability that the bad karmas of your past life were connected to the person who has now come in the form of your stepmother.

However – Karmic cycle always has an ending. Once you are punished for your all your past bad karma pertaining to your stepmother – you will be finally released and then nobody can harm you anymore. Then even if your stepmother continue to cast dirty black magic spells on you or even if she try to harm you in any other means – you will remain safe because now you don’t have any past life bad karmic balance left.

However the catch is here. The catch is that many sons and daughters react by offending their stepmother and this leads to a new bad karmic cycle for you. So instead of reacting or offending your stepmother – it is always wise to implement a defensive mechanism wherein you can protect yourself from the heinous black magic attacks that she cast upon you and when your past birth karmic balance is over – then you will no more suffer due to her black magic attacks or any other political games that she may try to play upon you.

That is why the Bhagavan always says that You should never react. Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi quotes ““The only spiritual life you need is not to react.”

To be calm is the greatest asset in the world. When you are perfectly calm, time stops. There is no time, karma stops, samskaras stop. Everything becomes null and void.

Mohan asked “But how to remain calm?”

Its a good question – very few people ask real questions – questions that can transform your life.

To remain calm you have to drop the mind. Unless and until you come out of the clutches of your mind – you cannot remain calm. And so the whole spiritual journey is to move beyond the mind – and the only tool available to help you move beyond the mind is the Mantra!

By daily reciting a specific soothing Mantra – you can burn the very existence of the mind. Man means Mind and Tantra means technique. Mantra is a technique to overcome the monkey mind. As you start reciting the mantra with deep devotion and faith – slowly slowly this Mantra becomes a flame that burn the whole slavery that the mind has created and then you start feeling lighter – then as you progress more in your chanting practice – you start experience the taste of freedom – you start experiencing bliss within, the joy within and what to say about such a blissful state – even if you put millions of dollars before such a man – he will just laugh at you – because no money and no precious stones can lead you to such a blissful state that just one mantra and the grace of the Guru can!

That is why Ramkrishna Paramhansa used to hate money – once it happened – a man came to meet Ramkrishna Paramhansa. And when Ramkrishna came before him – he laid precious gemstones and lots of money before Ramkrishna. Ramkrishna smiled and said “le ja Bhai” meaning “Take this away – brother.” The man said “ You are great. This is one more example that you have sacrificed everything – you are a great hermit.” Ramkrishna laughed and said “ You have sacrificed – I haven’t sacrificed anything. Because I am enjoying the divine bliss within however you have sacrificed this divine bliss for the sake of these precious stones and money. You are busy in accumulating stones and money and I am busy in accumulating the love of the Lord. For these mere stones and gold and money – you are sacrificing the divinity so who is truly sacrificing? You or me? It is you – and so I am not sacrificing anything – but you certainly are. One who accumulates the useless and sacrifice the divine – is the one who sacrifices. The man collected all his money and gold and diamonds and went away – he was fortunate to receive a very significant message from Ramkrishna.

And so my fellows – the message is simple and clear. Focus within. It is your own past birth bad karma that manifest in the form of Stepmother, Stepfather or Stepsister or Stepbrother and then these men and women try to harm you – but as I mentioned – every karmic cycle has a beginning and end as well. So don’t focus much on the reaction – focus on the cause behind the reaction and you will then start walking back home. Meditation is coming back home. Meditation is awareness. Meditation is paradise. Meditation is rest.

Rest is necessary – and the mind will rest only when you start chanting daily. Every great saint has emphasized on the significance of chanting. Reminds me of one significant incident that happened in the presence of Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi. Once a man came and said to Bhagavan “Bhagavan I have received a mantra. So I seek your advice – should I recite this mantra?”

Bhagavan smiled and said “ Certainly – it should be repeated with faith.”

The man said “Will it do by itself? Or can you kindly give me any further instructions?

Bhagavan said “The object of mantra japa is to realize that the same japa is already going on in oneself even without effort. The oral japa becomes mental and the mental japa finally reveals itself as being eternal/ That mantra is the person’s real nature. That is also the state of realization.”

The man asked “Can the bliss of samadhi be gained through mantra chanting?”

This time Bhagavan smiled again and said “ The japa becomes mental and finally reveals itself as the Self. That is Samadhi.”

My fellows – and I say this only to my close followers – through this divine conversation – the compassionate Bhagavan shares the whole eternal truth with us – to all those beautiful souls who follow me, listen to my podcasts – I wanted to encourage you all and help you realize the significance of chanting and so this sharing is just for you all – so that you get the message and you continue to chant with consistency and faith. The reason many of you are not able to be consistent in your chanting is because your faith in chanting is somehow is still not as strong as it should be. Your thirst for the Lord is not as intense as it should be. It is the lack of intensity and weak faith is what makes you inconsistent in your spiritual practice. Always remember to attain spiritual progress – first comes intensity and then the rest follows. That is why Kabir says that “When the Guest is being searched for, it is the intensity of the longing for the guest that does all the work.”

Intense love, Intense faith and Intense passion is what you need – if you truly desire to progress on your spiritual path, if you truly desire to experience the divine.

Enough for now. My utmost love to all my close followers. It doesn’t matter how many follow you – what matters is who follows you. There is one beautiful quote in regards to Jesus Christ. And the quote is significant in many ways as it speaks the ultimate truth. It says “Jesus fed 5000, but only 500 followed Him after lunch. Jesus had 12 disciples but only 3 went further in the garden, and only one stood with Him at the foot of the cross. The closer you get to the cross, the smaller the crowd becomes.”

The close you get to the Cross – the smaller the crowd becomes. The Cross is the symbolic representation of the ultimate Truth – and so the more you come close to the Truth – the less followers you will have! Because facing the Truth, facing God is not everybody’s cup of tea. Only few can come closer to the Cross – closer to God consciousness and so God’s fellows are always in minority – they are few – very few but they are the ones who make a great difference in the lives of others – they are the God’s fools – and they love – they dance, they rejoice in the name of the Lord because they love to be God’s fools. Ask yourself – are you willing to become a God’s fool? The door is open for all – the question is “who is willing to walk-in?”

Myths About Pitru Paksha

Pitru Paksha is the most powerful period. Pitru means ancestors. Paksha means timetable or period. I have always emphasized on following the traditions and customs your ancestors. Sanantan Dharma is universal by nature. Only a true Sanatani can appreciate Jesus, Muhammed, Nanak, Buddha. Because Sanatani never discriminates based on caste, sect or religion. It is necessary to remember that Sanatan is not a religion but a way of life. I feel pity for those who call themselves Sanatan and are disturbed when somebody appreciates Jesus, Nanak or Kabir! Sanatan is above all religions because Sanatan is not a religion but a way of life. It is very unfortunate that Sanatan is being belittled by being compared with religions – how can you compare the Sky with roof?

Following certain rituals in honoring our ancestors is part of Pitru Paksha – Ancestors Period. Sanatan embraces all – irrespective of what religion you follow. And so if you are a Christian, Muslim, Parsi or Jew – you too can honor your ancestors during this phase by remembering them and donating food to the poor and the needy.

During Pitru Paksha – many people strike gold. Many people get new opportunities. And so for many Pitru Paksha is a period of luck! And this is true because during this phase your ancestors are allowed to visit you and if you remember your ancestors during this time, if you prepare their favorite food items and if you perform certain Vedic rituals such as tri-pindi shraddha or any other form of Shraddha Vidhi at your residence than it certainly proves beneficial to your overall growth in life.

In addition to your ancestors – you can also perform Shraddha Viddhi for your dead wife or dead husband. In simple words – these 15 days of Pitru Paksha are good to perform all kinds of rituals for all those beloved fellows who are no more in this world and you miss them dearly.

Pitru Paksha period is perfect for doing any kind of medical operations, or to do shifting of residence or to strategize a business plan. Many people avoid doing any major activities during this period which is totally wrong. Do not treat this period as a bad period or untouchable period because it is this period when your ancestors come to visit you. And they are hungry, they are seeking love, the have been missing you and so celebrate this period by offering them all kinds of delicacies as well as feed the crows because after human beings if there any creature that has a certain level of consciousness than that is the black bird – Crow!
Scientists have been doing a great deal of research of the consciousness of the Crow! In our Sanatan tradition – after death – a plate of food is kept for the crow – and it is believed that the ancestor souls has attained peace only when the crow eats from that plate. So you see – in our Sanatan – the consciousness of the Crow was known thousands years ago.

What should you do during this beautiful highly sensitive period of Pitru Paksha?
During this period – you should remain pure. You should avoid sex and also avoid drinking alcohol. You should donate food or clothes to the need by remembering your good old parents or ancestors or beloved ones who are no more alive.

Pitru Paksha period begins from 29th Sep and ends on 14th Oct. So you have got these precious 15 days to pay your respect towards your ancestors – do not miss this golden period.

During this period – you can donate rice, jaggary, cooking oil, cow’s ghee and some fresh vegetables to a priest. You can also offer the same items to a poor homeless person. Always remember never give money to beggars – especially in India – because all these beggars you see – are either drunkards, cheats or horrible souls. Beggars represent Rahu. So whenever you offer money to beggars on traffic signals – you are inviting more trouble from Rahu! Long back – there was a movie named Traffic Signal – it was a movie on such cheat beggars. And so never pay money to beggars – however you can offer money, food, clothes to those silent homeless men and women who live on the streets. Always remember – the really needy fellows will never beg whereas the perfect cheats will always beg. Understand the difference – savor the difference.

During these 15 days – many planetary transits are happening for good. Mars is transiting in libra after a long stay in Virgo. Mercury is moving into Virgo whereas Venus is moving in Leo – so a lot is going to happen during this dynamic period of Pitru Paksha. If you get a new job offer during this period then do not hesitate to join. If you get a new business opportunity then do not hesitate to grab it. If you find a good marriage partner during this period then do not hesitate to go ahead. My fellows – I am simply trying to help you realize that Pitru Paksha is not a bad period – so do not treat this period the way Brahmins used to treat the dalits or untouchables. One greatest creation of such hatred and condemnation is Sant Dyaneshwar of Alandi. The brahmins caused much pain and suffering to him and his family but ultimately he attained self realization and became one of the greatest saint of this century. And today all the brahmins worship him – the same brahmins who compelled his father and mother to commit suicide!

History has many facts that may not go well with those who cannot face the truth. My sharing is only for the select few. And now I have even made my consultations restricted to the chosen ones. It is necessary that we all build a community of good heart people – people who are not trapped in the four walls of a certain religion but who are willing to or want to break all these walls and merge with the supreme consciousness and that indeed is the sole message of Sanatan.

Aquarius is a sign of humanity, a sign of unconventional ideas and unconventional ways of life – and Aquarius demands FREEDOM – Aquarius is against dynasty politics – Aquarius wants the grassroot person to rise to high positions – so there is a lot of drama and sudden events that you all will experience as Saturn embarks on its 30 month journey in the sign of Aquarius.

Always remember – LOVE brings FREEDOM. Loyalty brings Slavery. When you are in love – you experience freedom – but when your partner becomes possessive – you tend to slip out of love – because Love can never possess. Love is giving freedom to the other. I am reminded of a beautiful incident. There was a great Sufi Saint – his name was Baba Farid. One day a king came to see him. He had brought a present for him: a beautiful pair of scissors, golden, studded with diamonds — very valuable, very rare, something unique. He brought those scissors to present to Farid. He touched Farid’s feet and gave him the scissors; Farid took them, looked at them, gave them back to the king, and said, “Sir, many many thanks for the present that you have brought. It is a beautiful thing, but utterly useless for me. It will be better if you can give me a needle. Scissors I don’t need: a needle will do.”

The king said, “I don’t understand. If you need a needle, you will need scissors too.”

Baba Farid said, “I am talking in metaphors. Scissors I don’t need because scissors cut things apart. A needle I need because a needle puts things together. I teach love. My whole teaching is based on love — putting things together, teaching people communion. I need a needle so that I can put people together. The scissors are useless; they cut, they disconnect. Next time when you come, just an ordinary needle will be enough.”

And so my fellows – this is the message – the message of LOVE. We don’t want to see bloodshed wars and we don’t want to see bloodshed riots happening in our neighborhood. We want to see more understanding, more brotherhood, more compassion and more forgiveness so that our society becomes an example for those visitors that are yet to arrive on this planet.

Always remember – You are a guest. Leave this earth a little more beautiful, a little more human, a little more lovable, a little more fragrant, for those unknown guests who will be following you. We have to set examples – good examples for the generation that is just born – and I am a very optimistic person – I am aware that there are many beautiful souls – healers, living on this planet who will ensure that the year 2023 turn out to be more rewarding to humanity than the year of 2022.

Hasta is a highly creative Nakshatra. However this creativity is more specific to “intellectual creativity”. Examples of Intellectual creativity are as follows:

Problem solving
Writing
Visualization
Communication
Open-mindedness

Hasta therefore is a star constellation that has been instrumental in the creation of many intellectual creations that has changed the very perception of looking at life and when perception changes for good – life too changes for good.

Many mind-blowing architecture designs, legendary films, novels, discoveries and inventions are done by the grace of this beautiful highly creative Nakshatra – HASTA!

Hasta itself means “HANDS” – HANDS that CREATE. HANDS that HEAL. HANDS that do MAGIC. And so many a times this NAKSHATRA is also connected with all sorts of magics that exist on our planet MOTHER EARTH.

Always remember – the ENERGY is the same – whether you make use of this ENERGY for GOOD CAUSE or BAD CAUSE is based on what you are from within. A POSITIVE BEING will use the creative energy of HASTA to create something beautiful while a NEGATIVE CHEAP FELLOW will use the creative energy of HASTA to create many problems in others life. A white magician works to HEAL YOU. A black magician works to DESTROY YOU. Both are using the same energy – however their intentions and their goals are different. It is just the way the sword is – you can use it to protect yourself and your people or you can use it to kill others and cause much bloodshed. “Sir, I wish you to understand the true principles of the government. I wish them carried out. I ask nothing more.”

Such is the depth of Rahu in Hasta – that they want to serve the society by governing on the basis of certain principals and values.

Savitre means “impeller, rouser, vivifier.” he Sun before sunrise is called Savitr, and after sunrise until sunset it is called Sūrya. By reciting the holy Surya Mantra “Om Savitre Namaha” – you can appease the Nakshatra of Hasta since Savitre rules Hasta.

The sacred tree of Hasta Nakshatra is the tree of RITHA. RITHA is also known by the name – Indian soapberry. Virgo represents YOUTHFULNESS – that is why men and women born on VIRGO ascendant and VIRGO moon sign appear young throughout their life. The most basic sign of YOUTHFULNESS is the quality and color of your HAIR. RITHA helps you to maintain the color of your hair as well as it also strengthens your hair.

Rahu in Punarvasu

Buddha in Hitler’s place is not a good idea. However Hitler in Buddha’s place is a wonderful development – it simply signify that the desire to change for good, the desire to learn and mature, the desire to evolve as a wise person exists. Similarly, is the case with Rahu (Hitler) in Punarvasu (Buddha’s abode) – the native has an intense desire to learn, to evolve, to mature and to become knowledgeable.

Rahu in Punarvasu is therefore a positive placement for Rahu. Always remember – an extrovert person (Rahu) entering a place of worship (Jupiter – Buddha’s abode) is a good sign and not a bad one.

One thing you all should always remember – whenever Rahu is in Cancer – the attachment with Mother, with house, with car/bike, with emotions is always there. ॐ पूष्णे नमः Oṃ Pūṣṇe Namaḥ (meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who nourishes all)

ॐ हिरण्यगर्भाय नमः Oṃ Hiraṇya Garbhāya Namaḥ ( meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who contains everything)

ॐ मरीचये नमः Oṃ Marīcaye Namaḥ (meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who possesses raga (celestial music)

ॐ आदित्याय नमः Oṃ Ādityāya Namaḥ (meaning – I prostrate before Aditya – the God of Gods)

ॐ सवित्रे नमः Oṃ Savitre Namaḥ ( meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who produces everything)

ॐ अर्काय नमः Oṃ Arkāya Namaḥ (meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who should be worshipped)

ॐ भास्कराय नमः Oṃ Bhāskarāya Namaḥ (meaning – I prostrate before Sun Lord who is the cause of lustre)

One who recite all these highly powerful 12 Surya Mantras and also does the Yogasanas – will never be harmed by RAHU.

When you recite each Mantra and do the Surya Namaskar as seen in this picture – you simply become invincible and no negative energy can harm you – and that is indeed the truth!

But who wants to listen? People want easy solutions – they just want to spend money and buy solutions – they forget the fact that money cannot buy solutions – it can only buy you products but not real time solutions.

What a conincidnce that while writing on Rahu in Punarvasu – this wonderful remedy has been revealed – indeed it must be a message from Sri Punarvasu – the Lord of Lords – the Sun Lord Aditya!

Rahu in Punarvasu loves to repair. As mentioned earlier – PUNARVASU is about restoration and restoration happens only through repairing that which has been broken, damaged!

PUNARVASU therefore is GODLY – because only GOD can repair and restore your life – only God! And whenever God repairs and restores your life, HE ensures that you no more remain on the same level of awareness, God raises you – uplifts you to higher altitudes of awareness, consciousness!

Reminds me of a story….

There was a young man, his name was Bhola, he must be like me. He lost everything – his father, his mother, his wife, his children, and then one day – he lost his home.

Walking on the streets – all alone he wondered – now what? The villagers also abondened him, the whole society turned back on him. They all started calling him – a bad omen!

Society is FAKE – my fellows, society will simply turn back on you as soon as you become a loser!

And so Bhola started living on whatsoever he could collect from the dustbins – slowly slowly he started turning inwards – he started chanting the name of the Lord, he became more and more spiritual and then one day – he moved out of the village – everything was now left behind – and Bhola started walking towards the beyond…..on his way he stumbled upon a old man, and the old man looked into his eyes…..and smiled. His smile was so divine, there was so much love in his eyes – that Bhola started crying…………..

The old man said “Why you cry, why you cry…..”

Bhola said “ I don’t know but just your glimpse moved my heart…..I am Bhola and I have…”

The old man said “ You don’t need to tell me anything, I know who you are and I know what you have been through. Son – I have been waiting for you, I have been observing you, not a day I have missed – every minute – every day I have been watching you….”

Bhola suddenely remembered his dreams. In his dreams he had been seeing an old man smiling and he looked exactly like this old man! Bhola fell on the old man’s feet – tears started flowing through his eyes – he said “ It was YOU – it was YOU – and you have been appearing my dreams so often – I now realize that YOU are my MASTER.”

The old man raised him up and said “Its time son – your real journey is going to start NOW.”

And the old man gave a warm hug to Bhola.

Bhola said “ Today I am truly reborn – I have lost everything – my wife, my mother, my father, my children – they all died – but now I know why I am alive. To experience this divine moment – to experience your blissful omni presence – O master – although I have lost everything – today I realize that there is absolutely nobody as RICH as I am – as fortunate as I am – as blessed as I am…..”

The Master said “ Whatsoever you have lost – was your destiny – your past life karma – now you are FREE in the true sense – now there is NO BALANCE left – you have arrived – and now you real education will begin….come lets move in to the forest…..”

And Bhola walked with the master….

Bhola was not seen for the next five years. Nobody knew where he went…until one afternoon – he was Back… but he looked different… there was a certain glow on his face, there was so much grace in his eyes. He was no more the same Bhola – he had transformed; he had changed into a man of awareness. A man of awareness needs neither duties nor responsibilities nor choices. Yet only he is capable of doing the right thing in the right moment. And that is how a true master is – HE comes only when the moment is right!

Bhola had arrived but he was transformed, he had become enlightened, by the grace of His master – he had attained that which your money your status cannot attain!

A few villagers noticed him – but they didn’t recognize him. They bowed before him and said “Please come to our village, we will take care of you.”

Bhola smiled. He knew that these villagers were the same villagers who had caused much trouble to him, that these were the same villagers who had abandoned him, condemned him. But now they could not recognize him – Bhola said “ Sure I will come to your village, that is where I belong.”

The villagers could not understand. They showed him the way towards their village and Bhola started walking……

Every step reminded him of the days when on the same route he had walked as a lost man, a man who was abandoned by the society – a man who was condemned by the same society!

Bhola smiled – at moment while walking he laughed – a loud belly laugh! The villagers wondered what made this man laugh at such strange moment. But that is how a true master is HE laughs on himself, HE laughs at the strange ways of this human world; HE laughs at the jokes that God plays often in this human life!

After a while they reached the village. The whole village came to seek blessings – and Bhola blessed everybody. Then someone said “There has been no rains this year – the cattle is dying of thirst, women and children are dying of thirst – please help us….”

Bhola said “Your problem will be solved. I will stand in this flowing river and meditate for two days – after two days – the rains will come – they will have to come.”

And Bhola stood in the running river water and meditated for two days – with his intense penance and love – God granted his wish and exactly after two days rains came and they came so heavily – so heavily that all the fields and farmlands received abundance of water – the cattle, the women, the children – everybody rejoiced – the birds started singing, the flowers started dancing – the whole village became happy – and they all could not find words to express their gratitude – they came and said “ We are truly blessed by your omni presence – you have done a great service to our village.”

Bhola said “ It is also my village – remember when you met me I had said that it is this village to which I belong…”

The villagers said “ But how?”

Bhola said “ You remember – there was a young man in this village – you all hated him, you all condemned him – you all labeled him as a bad omen – do you remember that young man who had lost everything?”

One old villager stepped ahead and said “ Yes master – yes, I remember – his name was Bhola.”

Bhola smiled and said “ I am the same Bhola – my fellows, I am – the same Bhola.”

The villagers could not believe their eyes and their ears – they all started trembling with fear – they all said “ We are sorry – we are very sorry to have troubled you – please don’t curse us….please don’t hate us….”

What a strange way of this world is – those who hated you are now saying – “Don’t hate us”!

Bhola smiled and said “ Hate is not my way of life – my way of life is LOVE – and I LOVE YOU ALL – so now go back to your home and start making preparation for celebrations – God has showered the rains and now we all must sing in HIS praise – dance in HIS praise….”

The villagers went back home with heavy heart – they all felt guilty for their behaviour but they also were happy to see that someone from their village has risen to the height of Buddha – they felt blessed, happily they started preparing for the celebrations!

After a few days Bhola left the village – the villagers kept crying – they were not willing to let him go – but Bhola said “ I am like a flowing river – I cannot stay here forever because only flowing water remains fresh whereas water that never flows becomes stale and so I must leave….”

And Bhola left – never to be seen again. Later many men and women became His disciples and whenever his disciples asked “Who restored your life?”

Bhola’s eyes would become wet and he would say “ That old man who always waited for me – who loved me, who blessed me – without whom I am lifeless – My Guru – My Master. He restored my life and not only he restored my life but he also raised me to the highest level of consciousness – even if I wash his feet with my blood – even if I clean his feet with the whole skin of my body – still I will NEVER be able to express my gratitude to the fullest – so much he has given my – His breath is my breath – my breath is HIS…..”

That is how a true master is – HE restores your life but also raise you to the higher altitude of consciousness. And that is exactly how PUNARVASU NAKSHATRA is – Punarvasu too restores your life and Punarvasu is ruled by Jupiter – the Guru, the Master!

Ashlesha Rahu simply goes on worrying – this worrying is of the head – and to such a worry he considers as caring!

Whereas Punarvasu Rahu simply cares – his caring is of the heart and not of the head.

Generally Rahu in Punarvasu Nakshatra attains success in whatsoever he undertakes. When Rahu is in the abode of Jupiter – certain positivity of Jupiter compels Rahu to act with awareness then otherwise.

Rahu is the north node of the mind – and so no matter in which Nakshatra Rahu is – as long as Rahu is in Cancer – the control of mind over the native is very tight and the native often is engulfed in the clutches of mind – unless he is meditative being or has a Ketu Moon conjunction.

The MIND is a great prison. The Sufis say – the mind is a disease and indeed it is a truth!

This is how people spoil their relationship! The boyfriend starts thinking that his girlfriend is cheating him – that she is having SEX with another boy – then whatever the girlfriend says – the mind makes the boyfriend believe that indeed his DOUBT is CORRECT! When in reality the girlfriend is completely INNOCENT – and then a day comes when the relationship no more can survive – and it breaks – bringing a great deal of pain to both – the boyfriend and the girlfriend! DOUBT is of the MIND – and the MIND is a MONKEY – the MIND can NEVER know the TRUTH though the MIND goes on making you believe that what you think is the TRUTH and that creates more and more distance between you and your partner – the MIND is a monster that it simply destroys LOVE – the MIND kills LOVE.

Always remember – the MIND creates MAYA (Illusion). If you live through the mind you live in maya, you live in illusion, you live in your own projections and ideas. Layers of your thoughts hide you from reality and hide reality from you. Dropping the mind is dropping the maya, the very base of all hallucination. Once the mind is not there, suddenly that which is, is revealed.

When RAHU is in CANCER sign ruled by MOON (MIND) – the native has to take special efforts to control the monkey mind and evantually overcome the mind by turning inwards – by chanting the holy mantra. However this is possible only in the case of EVOLVED SOULS.

Always remember – it is GOD who chooses HIS men – it is the GURU who chooses HIS disciples – Jesus choose 12 disciples (Apostles), Krishna choose Arjuna, Buddha choose Mahakasyapa, Mahakasyapa was the first disciple of Buddha who attained enlightement and he was not in rush – in fact he wanted to delay the experience of enlightenment because Buddha had made a rule – once His disciple attains enlightenment then he cannot live with Buddha – he has to leave Buddha and travel to to spread the light – the knowledge – the wisdom! And Mahakasyapa loved Buddha so much that when he attained enlightenment he remained silent – he thought Buddha will not know – but who can hide anything from the master!! And so Buddha said “Mahakasyapa, don’t try to deceive me. Now there is no need to sit under this tree. Get on and move! There are millions of people who are still groping in darkness, and you are sitting here enlightened. Take this fire of your enlightenment and make as many people aflame as possible.”

Mahakasyapa was in tears. He started crying…he said ” Master…I have been hiding. I am enlightened and I cannot go near you. I wanted to touch your feet, but I touched your feet – just made the gesture of touching your feet – from faraway under the tree. Because I knew that once one is enlightened he is sent away.”

Buddha raised Mahakasyapa – and said “ I love you. I am with you. Wheresoever you go – I am with you. So now start your journey, walk to the farthest shores of this planet and help those who are thirsty for GOD – for LOVE – for the TRUTH.”

And Mahakasyapa left – he travelled his whole life and helped those who were thirsty for God – for Love – for the ultimate Truth!

Truth is what Punarvasu loves – one who seeks the TRUTH – one who seeks GOD – one who seeks LOVE – should always worship the pious benevolent Nakshtra of Punarvasu!
