Astrology Behind Office Politics | Protective Remedies

Namaste my dear friends, my brothers and sisters who wake up every morning, wear formal clothes, carry lunch bags, enter glass buildings and silently fight battles that nobody sees.

Today I am not speaking to astrologers.

I’m speaking to employees, to those who work honestly. To those who feel targeted without reason. To those who are blamed without fault. To those who are emotionally drained but still show up every day.

Let me ask you something honestly.

Have you ever felt that the more sincere you become, the more uncomfortable people around you become? Have you ever felt that the one who works the least somehow rises the fastest? Have you returned home from office feeling mentally disturbed, questioning yourself even though you did nothing wrong?

If yes, listen to me very carefully.

This is not imagination. This is not weakness. This is office politics, and astrology explains it with frightening accuracy.

Remember, the office is not just a building. It is a place where Saturn rules.

In astrology, every environment has a ruling planet. Temples are ruled by Jupiter. Battlefields are ruled by Mars. Creative spaces are ruled by Venus. But offices, corporations, factories, systems and hierarchies are ruled by Saturn.

Saturn represents discipline, structure, timelines, responsibility, accountability, hierarchy and hard work without applause.

That is why offices demand reporting time, deadlines, rules, seniority and performance.

Saturn does not promise comfort. Saturn promises character.

Saturn asks only one question — are you sincere even when nobody is watching?

And this is where the pain begins.

Because modern offices are Saturnian structures but Rahu-driven ecosystems.

Always remember, Saturn rules but Rahu plays politics.

Rahu is the planet of illusion. Rahu hates patience, process, hierarchy and slow growth. Rahu wants shortcuts, influence, visibility, power without responsibility, money without integrity.

This is what Rahu wants.

Rahu is the office politician — not the loud one on television, but the soft-spoken one near the boss. The one who smiles but calculates. The one who talks but does not work. The one who survives by narrative, not merit.

Rahu does not fight openly. Rahu poisons silently.

Rahu spreads half-truths, misinterpretations, emotional drama, victim stories and image manipulation. Offices today often reward perception, not truth.

Now the most important question is — why does the most sincere employee suffer?

This is painful, but hear it calmly.

A sincere Saturnian employee becomes a threat.

Because your silence exposes their noise. Your work exposes their emptiness. Your discipline exposes their shortcuts.

Rahu-dominated people do not fear failure. They fear being seen clearly.

That is why you get extra work. You are excluded from circles. You are labeled rigid. You are told you lack visibility.

Saturn gives results quietly. Rahu sells stories loudly.

And when Rahu dominates the environment, the sincere soul suffers.

And then the thought may come to you — should I become like them?

At this point, a war begins inside you.

Saturn says stay honest, stay quiet, keep working.

Rahu whispers fight back, manipulate, play the game.

This is the most dangerous junction because if a Saturn soul starts behaving like Rahu, he loses his strength.

You are never meant to win through illusion.

Astrology does not teach you to become clever. Astrology teaches you to become conscious.

And so what is the solution?

The first solution is Ketu.

Ketu is detachment. Ketu is inner silence. Ketu is working without emotional dependency.

Ketu does not mean resignation. Ketu means freedom from validation, freedom from praise, freedom from emotional dependence on seniors.

The day you stop craving appreciation, office politics loses its fuel.

Politics feeds on reaction. Ketu starves it.

You continue your duty, but your soul remains untouched.

The second solution is Shraddha or Saburi — faith and patience.

And here comes the savior, Jupiter.

Jupiter is wisdom. Jupiter is faith. Jupiter is patience. Jupiter is perspective.

This is where I remember Sai Baba of Shirdi and his eternal teaching — Shraddha and Saburi.

Not blind faith, not helpless waiting, but anchored faith and conscious patience.

Jupiter teaches you when to stay silent, when to speak, when to wait, when to walk away.

Many times delay is not punishment — it is protection.

Rahu gives quick rise and sudden fall. Saturn and Jupiter give slow rise and lasting respect.

Now I will reveal the spiritual truth of office politics.

Office politics is not meant to destroy you.

It is meant to test your ego, your patience and your values.

If you pass the test, the universe upgrades you.

If you fail, the same pattern repeats in every job.

That is why some people change companies but never change problems.

Now I will give you a very powerful remedy — the Saturday Shield.

Office politics is not only psychological, it is energetic.

Rahu attacks through mind, illusion and fear.

To protect yourself, you need strength and discipline.

That is why ancient wisdom always said — strengthen Hanuman, stabilize Saturn.

Hanuman destroys fear and illusion. Saturn protects sincerity and justice.

When these two stand with you, Rahu automatically retreats.

Now I will share how you should practice this remedy.

Every Saturday, without fail, wake up early and calmly. Saturday demands discipline, not rush.

After bath, chant the mantra “Om Namah Hanumate Namaha” and “Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram” 108 times. Do not chant mechanically. Let the sound settle in your heart.

After chanting, eat fruits or dry fruits.

Dress in white or blue. White signifies purity and surrender. Blue signifies Saturn’s balance and protection.

Visit Hanuman and Shani temple.

Break one coconut before Lord Hanuman and one before Lord Saturn. Collect one half piece of each coconut. Coconut represents ego — breaking it is surrender.

Light a cow ghee diya before Lord Hanuman.

Then go to a Peepal tree. Take seven rounds around the tree. Touch the tree gently and pray — give me peace at workplace, protect my dignity, protect my mind and my work.

Do not ask for revenge. Ask for protection and clarity.

Sit quietly for 10 minutes. Chant Hanuman and Rama softly. Many problems dissolve in silence.

Finally, donate food outside the temple. Give warm, fresh food to the needy with respect. This activates Saturn’s grace.

And now understand why this remedy works.

Hanuman burns fear and illusion.

Saturn neutralizes injustice.

The Peepal tree absorbs negativity.

Donation dissolves karmic blocks.

This remedy does not fight Rahu. It starves Rahu.

And so my dear friends, if today you feel unheard, remember this — the universe is watching.

If today you feel delayed, remember this — some souls are delayed because they are meant to rise without corruption.

If today you feel tired, remember this — Saturn never breaks you. Saturn builds you.

Rahu may create noise today, but Jupiter writes destiny and Ketu liberates the soul.

Stay sincere. Stay detached. Stay patient.

Your silence is not weakness. It is a spiritual power in corporate disguise.

Always remember — never follow Rahu. Always follow Saturn.

Saturn is straight. Rahu is crooked.

Saturn is the long cut. Rahu is the shortcut.

But in the end, only Saturn wins and Rahu is defeated.

So no matter how long it takes, be patient. Your time will come when your chart supports you, when the time is right for you.

Let this sink within you and remember those two words of Sai Baba — Shraddha and Saburi.

Always remember, life is constant change. Change is constant.

Situations are never the same.

Today you may be going through difficult times in your office life, but soon you will find a way, because times keep changing.

Do not react.

Saturn wants you to be humble. Saturn wants you to be sincere.

Just go with the flow.

Where there is no way, God makes the way.

Believe in God and you will be alright.

Jai Shree Ganesha. Jai Guru.
